1. Copy your Vrbo calendar link
- In your Vrbo Owner Dashboard, go to the listing and select Calendar.
- In Settings, open the Availability tab.
- Under Calendar sync, select Connect calendars, then Export calendar.
- Leave Include tentative bookings off, then select Copy URL.
Steps from Vrbo's help centre: Export your property's reservation calendar. Menu names can change, so check there if yours look different.
2. Add it to TidyStay
- In TidyStay, open the property, go to the Feeds tab and click Connect Calendar.
- Choose Vrbo and paste the link you copied.
- On the Scheduling tab, pick a default cleaner for the property.
Upcoming checkouts become turnovers straight away.
What happens automatically
New booking
A turnover is created on the checkout date, and your default cleaner gets a text with the job.
Dates change
The turnover moves to the new checkout date, and the assigned cleaner gets a text.
Booking cancelled
The turnover comes off the schedule, and the assigned cleaner gets a text saying so.
Good to know
- TidyStay reads your Vrbo calendar every morning. For a booking made today, tap Sync on the property's Feeds tab to pull it in straight away.
- Keep Include tentative bookings off. Vrbo exports tentative reservations as blocked dates, and TidyStay would schedule a clean after them.
- The calendar link carries booking dates, not guest counts.

Questions hosts ask
Does TidyStay connect to my Vrbo account?
No. It uses the calendar link Vrbo gives every owner for syncing with other calendars. There's no Vrbo login to share.
Should I include tentative bookings in the export?
No. Vrbo exports tentative reservations as blocked dates, so TidyStay would schedule a clean for a booking that isn't confirmed. Vrbo also recommends including them only for private calendars.
How often does TidyStay check my Vrbo calendar?
Every morning. You can also tap Sync on the property's Feeds tab any time to pull in new bookings straight away.
Can I connect more than one Vrbo property?
