Both are free for one property. The difference shows from the second property on, because Turno charges for every property once two of them use cleaners you invited yourself, and TidyStay keeps your first property free.

Turno: $10 a month per property, or $96 a year. A property is billable when it has a cleaner you invited rather than one from Turno's marketplace, and once two or more properties are billable, all of them are charged (source). Turno charges no subscription if you only use its marketplace cleaners, and platform fees apply to payments made through Turno (source).

Where Turno is the better choice
- You need to find cleaners. On Turno you start a cleaner search and accept a cleaner's bid (source). TidyStay has no marketplace today.
- You want cleaner payments handled in the same app. Turno pays cleaners automatically (source); TidyStay's payments are still in beta.
- Your PMS isn't OwnerRez or Lodgify. Turno lists around 40 software integrations (source).

- You already have cleaners. Once two properties use them, Turno bills each one, your first included (source). TidyStay keeps your first property free.
- Your cleaners won't install another app. They get a text with a link per job, with no account to create.
- You want a simple setup: paste your calendar links, pick a cleaner per property, and you're done.

Can I use TidyStay and Turno at the same time?
Yes. Both can read your booking calendars over iCal, so you can try TidyStay on one property while the rest stay on Turno. Your first TidyStay property is free.
Will my cleaners need to sign up for TidyStay?
No. TidyStay texts your cleaner a link for each job. The link opens the job and its checklist in their phone's browser, with no app or account.
Does TidyStay have a cleaner marketplace like Turno?
Not yet. TidyStay is built for hosts who already have cleaners. Cleaners can join the waitlist for a future marketplace at tidystay.co/cleaners.
Is Turno free with one property?
Yes. Turno's pricing page lists a single-property account at $0. Turno also charges no subscription if you only use cleaners from its marketplace, though fees apply to payments made through Turno.
How does Turno decide which properties it charges for?
Turno calls a property billable when a cleaner you invited, rather than one from its marketplace, works there. Once two or more properties are billable, Turno charges $10 a month for each of them, or $8 a month billed yearly.
