1. Copy your Airbnb calendar link
- In Airbnb, click Calendar and select your listing.
- Click Availability.
- Under Connect calendars, click Connect to another website.
- Copy the Airbnb calendar link.
Steps from Airbnb's help centre: Sync your home host calendar to other websites. Menu names can change, so check there if yours look different.
2. Add it to TidyStay
- In TidyStay, open the property, go to the Feeds tab and click Connect Calendar.
- Choose Airbnb and paste the link you copied.
- On the Scheduling tab, pick a default cleaner for the property.
Upcoming checkouts become turnovers straight away.
What happens automatically
New booking
A turnover is created on the checkout date, and your default cleaner gets a text with the job.
Dates change
The turnover moves to the new checkout date, and the assigned cleaner gets a text.
Booking cancelled
The turnover comes off the schedule, and the assigned cleaner gets a text saying so.
Good to know
- TidyStay reads your Airbnb calendar every morning. For a booking made today, tap Sync on the property's Feeds tab to pull it in straight away.
- Nights you block on Airbnb are skipped, so they don't become cleaning jobs.
- Taking bookings on other sites too? Add each site's own calendar link to TidyStay. Airbnb shows nights booked elsewhere as blocked in its link, so they're skipped there.
- The calendar link carries booking dates, not guest counts.

Does TidyStay connect to my Airbnb account?
No. It uses the calendar link Airbnb gives every host for syncing with other websites. There's no Airbnb login to share.
How often does TidyStay check my Airbnb calendar?
Every morning. You can also tap Sync on the property's Feeds tab any time to pull in new bookings straight away.
Will nights I block on Airbnb create cleaning jobs?
No. TidyStay skips blocked nights and only schedules cleans for bookings.
Can I connect more than one Airbnb listing?
