What syncs from Lodgify
Property details
Name, address, bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage — pulled from your Lodgify room types.
Bookings & guests
Confirmed reservations with guest name, check-in, check-out, and the booking channel (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, direct, etc.).
Turnovers, auto-created
Every confirmed booking creates a cleaning turnover at checkout. If you've set a default cleaner, they're assigned and notified right away.
Real-time updates
When a booking is created, rescheduled, or cancelled in Lodgify, a webhook keeps your TidyStay turnovers and cleaners in sync automatically.
Before you start
You'll need a Lodgify account with Public API access. In Lodgify, open Settings → Public API to find or generate your API key — keep that tab open, you'll paste the key into TidyStay in a moment. The whole setup takes about two minutes.
Connect in three steps
Copy your Lodgify API key
In Lodgify, go to Settings → Public API and copy the API key. Treat it like a password — anyone with it can read your Lodgify data.
Paste it into TidyStay and connect
Sign in to TidyStay and click PMS Integrations in the sidebar. On the Lodgify card, click Connect, paste your key, and submit. We verify the key and register booking webhooks for you automatically.
Pick the properties you want to manage
You'll see a list of every active property in your Lodgify account. Tick the ones you want TidyStay to handle, then click Import. We start syncing bookings immediately and keep them live from then on. You can come back later to import more.
What happens next
Assign a default cleaner
Open each imported property and set a default cleaner. From then on, every new booking creates a cleaning turnover that's already assigned — and your cleaner gets a text with the details.
Watch turnovers appear automatically
Every confirmed booking shows up as a turnover on its check-out date. If the booking moves, the turnover moves with it — and your cleaner is notified. No spreadsheets, no copy-pasting calendars.
