We're excited to announce our latest integration with OwnerRez, one of the most trusted property management platforms in the vacation rental industry.

If you run your bookings through OwnerRez, you can now connect your account to TidyStay in about two minutes and have every confirmed booking flow straight into a scheduled cleaning — assigned to the right cleaner, on the right date, with no manual entry.

  • Properties, one-click import. Name, address, bedrooms, bathrooms, check-in and check-out times, and timezone — pulled directly from OwnerRez, with no manual setup.
  • Bookings, in real time. Confirmed reservations flow into TidyStay from every channel: Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, direct, anywhere with guest name, check-in, checkout, and booking source.
  • Turnovers, auto-created. Every confirmed booking creates a cleaning turnover on the checkout date. If you've set a default cleaner, they're assigned and notified by text right away.
  • Changes, kept in sync. When a booking is rescheduled or cancelled in OwnerRez, TidyStay updates the turnover and texts the cleaner automatically, no one is left guessing.

The OwnerRez integration is included on every TidyStay plan, including the free tier. TidyStay is free forever for one property, full feature set, no credit card required. Beyond that, our Unlimited plan is $7/month per property, or $5.83/month per property billed annually ($70/year). No per-clean fees, ever. Hosts with 20+ properties can reach out for custom pricing.
